NDL speech at the Eastern Economic Forum

The President of the National Dive League, Yuri Belsky, spoke at the Eastern Economic Forum held in Vladivostok. The forum discussed the development of diving tourism in Russia, the promotion of domestic programs in Russia and abroad, and other issues that are important for Russian diving.
As a result of the forum, a tripartite agreement was signed between the National Dive League, the Primorsky Underwater Research Center and the Primorsky Territory Tourism Agency. As part of the agreement, agreements were reached on methodological support and training of diving professionals in the Far East under NDL programs, as well as assistance in ensuring the safety of underwater tourism, including through the development of underwater tourist routes and centralized examination of underwater guides.
